The Curaosity Collective is a holding company in the most human sense of the word. Not a corporation or a conglomerate, but the portfolio of creative movements, mischief, musings, and partnerships — all built around one unifying principle: Curiosity + Courage + Play = Extraordinary.

The woman behind the Collective
Hi, I'm Amy Yackowski.
I'm the founder of The Curaosity Collective and the architect / creative director / mad scientist / multi-passionate proprietor of everything in this portfolio of creative concepts, where we blend a lot of curiosity with an occasional pinch of chaos.
I'm an organizational change strategist, speaker, technology tinkerer, and relentless originator of ideas with twenty years of experience partnering with extraordinary teams to author and design epic shIFt. But I don't just strategize about change — I build the things that strive to make it real. Every concept below started with the same question ("What IF?") and the same refusal to settle for the world as it is.
To the average outsider, this can look like random acts of restlessness, boredom-busting, and distraction. But, to me, they're the connective tissue that fuels my passions and purpose. I'm not slapping a different coat or color of paint on the same concept and calling it "innovation". The through-line here isn't the medium; it's the relentless belief that we humans are built to become so much more than we believe is possible for us. We are meant to experience life to its fullest, and feel wholly seen, fulfilled, connected, and celebrated along the way. That is what all of this is for.
