The Curaosity Collective, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates curaosity.com from Arizona, United States. This policy explains what we collect on this Site, why, and what choices you have.

This Site is a portfolio and launch pad. There are no accounts to create, nothing to buy, and no advertising or cross-site tracking. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into a form, plus basic technical data that any website receives when your browser requests a page.

Information you give us through a form on this Site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your organization and phone number; which concepts you're curious about; and your message.
• Speaking inquiry form: your name, email address, and the details you provide about your event, organization, audience, dates, and topic interests.
• Technical data our hosting and infrastructure providers process automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors.
• A theme preference stored on your own device so the Site remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we do not ask for payment details on this Site.

• To read and respond to your inquiry, and to continue the conversation you started.
• To route your inquiry to the right concept or person within the collective.
• To send you a confirmation email acknowledging that we received your message.
• To keep a record of the inquiry in our customer relationship management system so follow-up doesn't get dropped.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Our lawful bases, where GDPR applies, are: your consent and our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and securing the Site, and, once a working relationship begins, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We will not add you to a marketing list from a form submission alone, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use a small set of vendors to run the Site and handle inquiries. They process your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Our website hosting and application platform, which serves the Site, stores form submissions in our database, and sends our transactional confirmation emails.
• GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), our customer relationship management system, which stores inquiry records so we can follow up.
• Google Fonts, which serves the Site's typefaces; loading a font results in a request from your browser to Google's servers.

These providers are based in the United States, so if you contact us from outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to and stored in the U.S. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the collective or others.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any relationship that follows, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal record-keeping — generally up to three years from our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is legally required.

Technical logs are kept for a short period by our infrastructure providers for security and diagnostics.

Wherever you live, you can email us to ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we'll do our best to honor the request.

• If you are in the EU, UK, or another GDPR jurisdiction: you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• If you are a California resident: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
• You can also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and you can ask us not to email you further at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email Policies@curaosity.com with enough detail for us to find your records. We'll respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires — and in practice within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to inquiry records is limited to the people in the collective who need it. Our forms include spam and abuse checks.

No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through our forms; if you need a secure channel, ask us and we'll arrange one.

When you follow a link to a concept's own website, a booking page, a social profile, or a partner's site, that site's privacy policy applies — not this one. Their data practices, cookies, and analytics are outside our control. We encourage you to read the policy of any site you share information with.

As the collective grows, this policy may change. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll make the update clear on the Site.
