The fine print

Terms of Use

The ground rules for using this site. It's a portfolio and a launch pad — here's what that means for you and for us.

Last updated August 15, 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your use of curaosity.com (the "Site"), operated by The Curaosity Collective, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in the State of Arizona, United States. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is a portfolio and launch pad. It introduces the creative concepts within the collective, explains how they connect, and links you onward to each concept's own website. Nothing is sold here.

2. Links to concept sites and third-party sites

Most links on this Site take you somewhere else — a concept's own website, a booking page, a social profile, or a partner's site. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not by these terms.

Some concepts are wholly owned by the collective and some are operated in partnership, as noted on the Site. Where a concept is operated by a separate business, that business is responsible for its own products, services, bookings, payments, and customer relationships.

We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Review their terms before sharing information or making a purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms.
  • Use the contact or speaking inquiry forms to send spam, bulk solicitations, or automated submissions.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content at scale, including for training machine learning models, without our written permission.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Site.

4. What you send us

When you submit an inquiry through a form on the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't send confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through our forms — a first inquiry is not a secure channel.

Sending us an idea, pitch, or proposal does not create a confidential relationship, a partnership, or any obligation on our part. We may already be exploring similar ideas independently. By sending unsolicited ideas you agree we're free to consider and develop similar concepts without owing you compensation or credit.

How we handle the personal information in your submission is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's copy, design, layout, code, illustrations, logos, and the names and marks of the collective and its concepts are owned by us or our partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, share, and link to the Site, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, republish the Site's content as your own, or use our names, logos, or marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written permission.

6. No professional advice or guarantees

Content on the Site — including writing about strategy, design, culture, celebration, and human potential — is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or business advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Don't rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Descriptions of concepts, ideas, and future plans are statements of intent, not promises. Concepts may change, pause, merge, or close.

7. Site availability and changes

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site — including pages, concepts, and links — at any time, without notice.

We work to keep the Site accurate and accessible, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or your reliance on its content or on any third-party site we link to.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the collective and the Site evolve. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
